Cuban Cardio Blueberry Super SmoothieBack
You will need:
1 handful ice
1 handful of blueberries
1 handful of raspberries
1 handful of pineapple chunks
120gr of low fat yoghurt
Put all ingredient into a blender and whizz til smooth. Serve immediately!
Tip: you can store the smoothie in a thermos flask and use during the day, this way it will stay cool. Just remember to shake the flask before pouring into a glass as the ingredients separate if let for a while.
