I'll always conduct an initial physical health analysis to create a programme specifically tailored for you, taking into consideration your current experience, age and fitness level, existing disconfor, pain or potential injuries, any limitations and nutrition weight management needs.

  • I will support and guide you through your entire programme of health and fitness development, which includes your life style, wellbeing, and  training inside and outside the gym, your nutrition, diet and healthy lifestyle, all complemented by our outstanding to help and support services.
  • My personal training integrates a vast range of disciplines and methods to keep both body and mind motivated and challenged in a various ways. You are spoilt between strength, mobility and stretching sessions, cardiovascular exercise and sports specifcs training or a combination of all.
