Course Training Day
- We recommend you complete the pre-course study contained in the Instructor Manual before attending the training day if possible, this allows you to familiarise with the training and assessment requirements.
- Complete the PAR-Q, and all Pre-Course modules required by the course and hand them to your tutor on the training day. These modules are included in the Student Support Pack.
Bring the following with you on the day:
- Appropriate workout clothing and shoes (2 sets of workout gear is recommended)
- Water bottle
- Instructor Training Course Manual and Student Support Pack
- Pens and paper for taking notes
The Practical Training Day, also referred to as Assessment Day, consists of learning and practicing skills, moves, drills and teaching points of the Training Course and is a one day course only. You will also perform a practical assessment during the Training Day and are required to achieve 100% success rate to pass this module.
All efforts will be made to provide you with the results of your practical assessment on the same day. However these results may take up to 14 days to be entered into the system. Once the above mentioned modules have been completed successfully, we will sent you your eCertificate.
Your Certificate will be emailed to the email address you provided upon enrolment within approximately 28 days of the Training Day. At this time you will also be given access to the online videos for your first class update. Please note eCertificates are issued by email only. If you do not receive them, please check your Junkmail folder as they may end up in there or contact at www.cubancardio.com.
Sign-in; ensure PAR-Q, Course Disclaimer and Theory Questionnaire are complete and submitted. Trainer to view and counter-sign.

You will receive a DVD and CD periodically with new music and new moves for your classes, as well as the option to view tutorial videos online and download music in MP3 format. Access to the instructors’ updates is only available to instructors who have an up to date instructor membership. To access the updates, you can log into the web site and go to the music & moves area.
